本文介绍了我们研制的汉化全自动微机控制的高灵敏度原子吸收分光光度计及其应用。目前具有如此自动化程度、汉字系统的国产商品化仪器尚不多见。由于我们发明了“去掉解调线路,直接从调制后的元素灯脉冲和氘灯脉冲采样”的专利技术,大大提高了仪器分析的灵敏度(氘灯扣背景能力从30倍提高到90倍)。在汉字系统方面也采用了全新设计,AppleⅠ上高速运行大型汉字专用系统的目的得到实现。我们认为,这种仪器对提高我国原子吸收光谱测量的精确度,促进这种分析手段在国内的推广是有意义的。
This article introduces the high sensitivity atomic absorption spectrophotometer and its application that we developed fully automated microcomputer control. Currently with such a degree of automation, Chinese system of domestic commercial instrument is still rare. Because we invented the patented technology of “removing the demodulation circuit and directly sampling pulses from modulated element lights and deuterium lamps,” the sensitivity of instrument analysis was greatly enhanced (the deuterium lamp buckle background capacity was increased from 30 times to 90 times). In the Chinese system also adopted a new design, Apple Ⅰ on the high-speed operation of large-scale Chinese-language system for the purpose of achieving. In our opinion, this kind of instrument is of great significance in improving the accuracy of our atomic absorption spectrometry and promoting the dissemination of such analytical tools in China.
