噪声污染已经成为我国几大污染类型之一,严重影响人类的生产生活。振动压路机在道路建设中使用广泛,但由于其作业产生噪音对于周边环境及人类的影响十分严重。为了降低振动压路机的噪声问题,通过优化风扇、转化发动机以及改善振动压路机内部结构的方式进行噪音的改善。通过对于声音的封堵,减少声音的传播,但是,由于发动机与液压泵之间较大的噪音泄露现象。针对这一现象,主要经过利用排气管与散热器等装置设置在机舱口位置,通过其内部结构封堵噪音,并采用调速风扇,减少系统的发热情况,从而减少噪音污染。
Noise pollution has become one of the major types of pollution in China, seriously affecting human production and life. Vibratory roller is widely used in road construction, but the noise generated by its operation has a serious impact on the surrounding environment and human beings. In order to reduce the noise problem of the vibratory roller, the noise is improved by optimizing the fan, converting the engine, and improving the internal structure of the vibratory roller. By blocking the sound, the sound transmission is reduced, however, due to a large noise leak between the engine and the hydraulic pump. In response to this phenomenon, mainly through the use of exhaust pipes and radiators and other devices installed in the hatch position, blocking the noise through its internal structure, and the use of fan speed to reduce the system of heat, thereby reducing noise pollution.
