本文就15例粪石性肠梗阻的诊断、治疗进行分析，认为本病术前难以明确诊断，非手术治疗难以奏效，手术治疗效果佳。
In this paper, 15 cases of dung stone intestinal obstruction diagnosis and treatment analysis, that the disease is difficult to diagnose before surgery, non-surgical treatment is difficult to effect, good surgical treatment.
