随着公司的快速发展,人力资源管理的重要性进一步体现出来,公司快速壮大员工队伍,同时要求员工具有创新性和竞争性,就需要开展员工职业发展管理工作。本文从公司员工职业发展现状入手分析问题,最终提出对策。
With the rapid development of the company, the importance of human resource management is further reflected. The rapid growth of the workforce and the requirement of employees’ innovation and competitiveness require the staff to carry out career development management. This article analyzes the problems from the current situation of employees’ career development and finally puts forward countermeasures.
