经过30年的积极探索,我国高职院校和职业教育在获得长足发展的同时,也存在着理论传授与实践操作难以平衡,对学生合理的内在发展需要重视不足等突出问题。在此背景下,“学教做合一”人才培养模式就成为解决这一问题的有效方式与途径。“学教做合一”人才培养模式要求教育者,要通过转变教育教学观念,整合教育教学内容,改革教育教学过程,改进评价方式等具体措施,将该人才培养模式自觉运用到高职院校的教育教学实践中。
After 30 years of active exploration, while our country’s higher vocational colleges and vocational education have made great progress, there are also outstanding problems such as the difficulty of balancing theory teaching and practice and insufficient attention to the reasonable internal development of students. Against this background, the model of “learning and teaching as one” personnel training has become an effective way and solution to this problem. “Learning to do one ” personnel training mode requires educators, through the transformation of education and teaching concepts, integration of education and teaching content, reform education and teaching process, improve the evaluation method and other specific measures, the talent training mode consciously applied to the higher vocational College education and teaching practice.
