6S (finishing, reorganization, cleaning, cleaning, safety, literacy) is an advanced management method originated in Japan. It is mainly manifested in shaping the corporate image, reduce costs, delivery on time, safe production, create a relaxed and pleasant working environment. This article explores the promotion and application of 6S management methods in rubber chemicals manufacturing enterprises and how to put the essence and practice of 6S into action so that enterprises can completely eliminate the mess and employees develop serious and standardized good habits so as to promote Competitive strength of enterprises.
