本篇报告从污水中分离耶氏菌方法的比较研究。在30件污水标本中,用直接分离法,SS检出2件阳性标本;Y检出4件阳性标本。而碱化处理后,两种分离平板均为阴性。冷增菌后,直接分离法,SS检出3件阳性标本,Y检出2件阳性标本;但碱化处理后,SS检出43件阳性标本,阳性率为71.7%,Y仅检出4件阳性标本,阳性率为6.7%。分离出的74株耶氏菌,属于17个血清型。其中O_(4,8)为17株,O_8为14株,O_(12,26),O_(40),O_(41,48)各为6株,OG1(1,2,3),O_8,O_(10),O_(16),O_(18),O_(?),O_(28),O_(39),O_(46),O_(48),O_(52,53)各为1~5株。74株耶氏菌,生物1型53株,2型7株,3型2株,12株不能分型。
A comparative study of methods for the isolation of Yersinia from wastewater was reported in this report. In 30 sewage samples, direct separation method was used to detect 2 positive samples by SS; 4 positive samples were detected by Y. After alkalinization, both plates were negative. Cold-adding bacteria, the direct separation method, SS positive samples detected three positive, Y detected two positive specimens; but basified after the SS detected 43 positive specimens, the positive rate was 71.7%, Y only detected 4 Positive specimens, the positive rate was 6.7%. Isolated 74 strains of Yersinia, belonging to 17 serotypes. Among them, 17 strains were O_ (4,8), 14 were O_8, 6 were O_ (12,26), O_ (40) and O_ (41,48) The O_ (10), O_ (16), O_ (18), O_ (?), O_ (28), O_ (39), O_ (46), O_ (48) and O_ (52,53) 5 strains. 74 strains of Yersinia, biological type 1 53 strains, 2 type 7 strains, 3 type 2 strains, 12 strains can not type.
