目的构建食品安全应急能力评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法进行调查,根据指标重要性得分的均值大小,筛选指标并确定权重、分值等。结果建立了卫生监督机构食品安全应急能力评价指标及得分,它包括4个关键项目在内的25个子项目。结论专家意见的协调性好、可信度高,用德尔菲法确定的卫生监督机构食品应急能力评价指标体系科学性、可行性好,有较大的应用前景。
Objective To construct the evaluation index system of food safety emergency response capability. Methods The Delphi expert consultation method was used to investigate. According to the mean value of the index importance score, the index was screened and the weight, score and so on were determined. Results The evaluation index and score of food safety emergency response capability of health supervision agencies were established. It included 25 subprojects including 4 key projects. Conclusion The expert opinion has good coordination and high credibility. The food emergency capability evaluation index system of the health supervision agency determined by the Delphi method is scientific and feasible, and has a great application prospect.
