低碳混合醇及甲基叔丁基醚 (MTBE)都可作为汽油添加剂。目前MTBE作为汽油添加剂在美国加州已被禁止使用 ,使得低碳混合醇作为汽油添加剂具有重大意义。此外 ,低碳醇也是重要的化工原料。由合成气直接合成低碳混合醇是碳一化学重要的研究课题之一 ,也是近年国内外研究比较活跃的领域之一。目前国内外研究合成气制低碳混合醇的技术路线主要有四种。本文对合成气直接合成低碳混合醇四种工艺所采用的Zn -Cr、Cu -Co、MoS2 、Cu -Zn等催化剂体系的研究状况进行了介绍
Low-carbon mixed alcohols and methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) can be used as a gasoline additive. Currently MTBE as a gasoline additive in California, the United States has been banned, making low-carbon mixed alcohol as a gasoline additive is of great significance. In addition, lower alcohols are also important chemical raw materials. The direct synthesis of low-carbon mixed alcohols from syngas is one of the most important carbon-chemical research topics and one of the most active fields in recent years. At present, there are mainly four technical routes for studying low-carbon mixed alcohols from syngas at home and abroad. This paper introduces the research status of catalyst systems such as Zn-Cr, Cu-Co, MoS2 and Cu-Zn used in the direct synthesis of low-carbon mixed alcohols in syngas
