目的 :以沙参提取物作为受试物 ,观察其镇咳祛痰作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法、小鼠酚红排泌试验法观察沙参镇咳祛痰作用 ;采用碳粒廓清法和二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应试验法 ,观察沙参对非特异性免疫功能和特异性细胞免疫功能的影响。结果 :结果显示沙参乙醇和乙酸乙酯提取物对豚鼠枸橼酸引咳具有显著的对抗作用 ,乙酸乙酯提取物并有显著地促进小鼠酚红排泌作用。沙参多糖及水提取物能显著地增加碳粒廓清指数K及吞噬指数α ,增强单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ;能显著地增加小鼠耳肿胀度 ,提示沙参能够增强二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应。沙参多糖能显著增加胸腺和脾脏的重量 ,水提物仅增加胸腺重量。结论 :沙参提取物具有一定的镇咳祛痰和免疫增强作用。
Objective: To observe the antitussive and expectorant effects of the Radix Ginseng extract on the immune function. Methods: The cough effect of ginsenoside was observed by the cough method of guinea pig citrate and the excretion test of phenol red in mice. The carbonaceous particle clearance method and dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity test in mice were used. The effects of Adenophora on nonspecific immune function and specific cellular immune function. RESULTS : The results showed that ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts of Radix Astragali had a significant antagonistic effect on guinea pig citrate induced cough. Ethyl acetate extract significantly promoted the excretion of phenol red in mice. Radix Ginseng polysaccharides and water extracts can significantly increase carbon particle clearance index K and phagocytic index α, enhance phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages, and can significantly increase mouse ear swelling, suggesting that Radix Ginseng can enhance dinitrofluoride Benzene-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice. Radix Ginseng polysaccharide can significantly increase the weight of the thymus and spleen. The water extract only increases the weight of the thymus. Conclusion : The extract of Radix Ginseng has antitussive and expectorant effects and immune enhancement.
