日益活跃的创业活动已经成为推动我国经济发展的重要的内生力量,然而新创企业面对以银行信贷为主体的正式融资具有一定的新创弱性。这时,关系网络对它们来说就是一种重要的选择。基于社会关系网络理论和资源观,结合中国文化和管理的情景,本文试图提出一个关系特征、银行信贷与民营企业绩效的理论模型,通过实证分析,探讨市场型关系和非市场型关系对银行信贷特性的影响,并阐述其对民营企业绩效的作用。
The increasingly active entrepreneurial activity has become an important endogenous force for promoting the economic development in our country. However, the start-up enterprises face some new-found weaknesses in the formal financing based on bank credit. At this time, the network of relationships is an important choice for them. Based on the social network theory and resource concept, combined with the situation of Chinese culture and management, this paper attempts to put forward a theoretical model of the relationship characteristics, bank credit and private enterprise performance.
