辅酶Q10由醌环母核和聚异戊二烯疏水侧链组成,在电子传递链中起传递电子的作用.因其有抗脂质过氧化,参与细胞能量代谢和基因表达调控等功能备受研究者的关注.微生物法生产CoQ10具有产物活性高、原料成本低并可以通过规模放大提高生产能力等优点.因此清楚微生物法生产CoQ10的生物合成途径,关键酶基因以及能够提高CoQ10产量的发酵条件优化的方法策略对大规模工业化生产CoQ10具有重要参考意义.“,”Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10),known as ubiquinone,is formed by the conjugation of a benzoquinone head group and a tail of ten repeated isoprene units.CoQ10 plays multiple roles,such as participating in aerobic respiration and functioning as an electron carrier in the electron transfer system.In addition,it is also well known as an antioxidant and has been found to be beneficial in treatment and prevention of mitochondrial diseases and arterial hypertension.Owing to these unique properties,CoQ10 is garnering increasing interests of researchers in a variety of fields with the common aim of improving its production.The biosynthesis route of CoQ10 in prokaryotes can be decomposed to three units:methylerythritol phosphate (MEP)pathway,shikimate pathway and ubiquinone pathway.Thus many strategies for enhancing CoQ10 production have been developed in various microorganisms to promote the industrial application of CoQ10.
