目的 探讨两种国产氟碳类微气泡声学造影剂“全氟显”和“FX5 30”增强组织器官彩色血流及组织灰阶图像的特点。方法 声学造影剂为“全氟显”和“FX5 30” ,经外周静脉团注 ,观察正常犬或兔肝脏、肾脏的组织灰阶或彩色多普勒血流增强。灰阶增强依视觉效果分为 4级。结果 两种造影剂均可使肝脏和肾脏的彩色血流增强并有明显的彩色溢出现象。“全氟显”使肝脏血管的灰阶图像增强 ,应用瞬间反应成像观察则可见肝实质回声均匀增强。“FX5 30”在基波超声观察下使肝脏实质灰阶图像增强。两种造影剂均可使肾实质的组织灰阶图像均匀增强 ,使肾实质的彩色血流增强并产生明显的彩色溢出。结论 两种国产氟碳类微气泡声学造影剂均可用于观察组织器官血流灌注情况 ,是目前较为理想的声学造影剂。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of two fluorocarbon microbubble acoustical agents “perfluorinated” and “FX5 30” in enhancing the color flow and tissue grayscale images of tissues and organs. Methods The contrast agents were “perfluorinated” and “FX5 30”. The peripheral blood was injected into the liver and kidneys of normal dogs or rabbits to observe the grayscale or color Doppler blood flow enhancement. Grayscale enhancement according to visual effects is divided into four levels. Results Both contrast agents enhanced the color flow of the liver and kidneys with significant color overflow. “Perfluorinated” to enhance the grayscale image of the liver blood vessels, the application of transient response imaging shows that the echogenic uniformity of the liver parenchyma. The “FX5 30” enhanced the real grayscale images of the liver under fundamental ultrasound. Both contrast agents can make the renal parenchyma uniform grayscale image enhancement, the renal parenchyma color blood flow and produce significant color overflow. Conclusion Both domestic fluorocarbon microbubble acousto-contrast agents can be used to observe the blood perfusion in tissues and organs, which is the ideal contrast agent.
