眼钝挫伤可占眼外伤的1/3～1/2。近年来因体育运动而引起的眼钝挫伤还有增多的趋势。许多病例因眼底损伤导致视力预后不良。眼球钝挫伤可致多种眼内结构损害。受伤最初阶段的视网膜改变易被眼前节的损伤掩盖,而且目前尚无满意的治疗方法。本文对钝挫伤性视网膜病变的临床与实验研究进行回顾,为进一步探讨提供参考。
Ocular contusion can account for eye trauma 1/3 to 1/2. Eye contusion caused by sports in recent years, there is an increasing trend. Many cases due to retinal damage lead to poor vision prognosis. Eye contusion can cause a variety of damage to the intraocular structure. Retinal changes during the initial stages of injury are easily obscured by injuries in the anterior segment and there is currently no satisfactory treatment. In this paper, the clinical and experimental studies of blunt contusion retinopathy are reviewed to provide a reference for further discussion.
