近几年来,国内在水稻白叶枯病抗源筛选方面做了大量工作,取得了可喜成果。一些国外重要抗源也已引进。鉴于水稻白叶枯病菌系的致病力有明显的地域性,而且国外现已确认菌系的致病性有类似于“生理小种”的分化。一个抗源的抗性表现可因不同地区的不同菌株而不同,这取决于品种与菌株之间在一定环境条件下相互作用的性质。因此,这些抗源对我国水稻白叶枯病菌不同菌系的抗性表现及其遗传规律、抗病基因间的异质性,尚需进行深入细致的研究,以评价它们在抗病育种计划中的利用价值。本研究的目的在于探索几个粳稻品种的抗性遗传方式,并对抗病基因之间的等位关系进行测验,以期为抗白叶枯病育种计划的拟订提供一定依据。
