本文通过数学建模,对亚湿球温度的冷水对湿帘降温效果的影响进行理论分析。对陕西省富平县一栋采用湿帘-风机降温系统的温室湿帘的降温效果进行了测试。结果表明,当循环水平均温度比室外空气湿球平均温度低3.4℃时,湿帘蒸发冷却效率为92.37%,湿帘出风温度比室外湿球温度低0.6℃。利用亚湿球温度的冷水作为直接蒸发冷却系统的循环水,能够进一步降低出风干球温度,提高湿帘直接蒸发冷却效率。
In this paper, mathematical modeling is used to analyze the effect of cold wet-bulb temperature on wet curtain cooling effect. The cooling effect of a greenhouse wet curtain using a wet curtain-fan cooling system in Fuping County, Shaanxi Province was tested. The results show that when the average circulating water temperature is 3.4 ℃ lower than the outdoor air wet ball average temperature, the efficiency of wet curtain evaporation is 92.37%. The wet curtain air temperature is 0.6 ℃ lower than the outdoor wet ball temperature. The use of sub-wet ball temperature of cold water as the direct evaporative cooling system of circulating water, can further reduce the temperature of the dry bulb out to improve wet curtain direct evaporation cooling efficiency.
