促肝细胞生长素能改善慢性肝病患者的肝功能,本文就促肝细胞生长素的临床作用分析如下。 1 材料和方法 1.1 病例选择:128例肝病患者为住院病人,男性88例,女性40例,年龄18～71岁,随机分成两组,治疗组69例,慢性肝炎中、重度40例(重度22例),肝炎后肝硬化29例(B级18例,C级11例)。对照组59例,慢性肝炎中、重度35例(重度17例),肝炎后肝硬化24例(B级14例,C级10例)。诊断标准参照1995年(北京)全国病毒性肝炎学术会议修订方案及child肝硬化分级法。
