目的观察三联活菌片联合高频短时蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将200例黄疸患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者均给予三联活菌片联合基础治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予高频短时蓝光照射治疗。比较2组患儿血清胆红素水平变化、黄疸持续时间及治疗总有效率和并发症发生率。结果治疗后试验组血清胆红素水平低于对照组,黄疸持续时间短于对照组,并发症发生率小于对照组,而治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三联活菌片联合高频短时蓝光照射可显著降低新生儿黄疸患儿血清胆红素水平和黄疸持续时间,临床治疗效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of triple live bacilli combined with high-frequency short-term blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 200 cases of jaundice children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each 100 cases. Patients in the control group were given triple viable bacteria combined with basic treatment, the experimental group in the control group based on the treatment of high-frequency short-term blue light irradiation treatment. The changes of serum bilirubin, the duration of jaundice, the total effective rate of treatment and the complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the level of serum bilirubin in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the duration of jaundice was shorter than that in the control group, the complication rate was lower than that in the control group, but the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of viable livelobe tablets and high frequency short-term blue light irradiation can significantly reduce the serum bilirubin level and the duration of jaundice in neonates with jaundice, and the clinical treatment effect is remarkable.
