随着时代的变迁,班主任工作变得越来越难,但是,相关培训却一直无法完全满足班主任的成长需求。我们不乏“怎样当班主任”的报告,不乏对班主任提出种种道德诉求的长篇大论,更不乏班主任工作中“成功案例”的汇编,但不管是校长还是班主任,对这些培训却都不能完全满意。我们到底应该如何开展班主任培训?上海市浦东新区第三教育署从2005年起,经过多次调查,形成了以“班级自主发展”为核心的“促进班级自主发展的班主任培训”研究项目,以“班级发展设计”为抓手,着力于班主任自主发展能力的提升。本期,我们呈现这一班主任培训工作中的部分成果,为大家提供一个参考。

The Third Education Department of Pudong New Area, Shanghai has conducted several surveys since 2005, forming a “classroom teacher training to promote class self-development ” that is centered on “class self-development”. The research project is based on “class development design ” and focuses on improving the ability of the head teacher to develop independently. In this issue, we presented some of the results of this class teacher training work and provided a reference for everyone.
