大型煤炭企业在日益激烈的市场中谋发展,需要不断深化改革,改进管理。探索适合于大型煤炭企业集团财务管理模式对于提高企业的核心竞争力,促进企业良性健康发展具有重要作用。本研究分析了大型煤炭企业集团财务管理的现状及存在的问题,针对性提出了财务管理需要健全预算管理系统、信息管理系统,完善约束机制三方面要求,以提高企业的监管力度,实现煤炭企业的可持续性发展。
