随着油田的不断开发,地层出砂日异严重影响油井的正常生产和产量。处理井筒内的沉砂一般现场做法是下入冲砂管柱利用水泥车从油管内打入高速水流进行正反冲砂,由于冲砂液产生的液柱压力远远大于地层压力,携砂能力降低易造成冲砂管柱卡埋事故,修井工作量大,修井成本投入不断增加。为解决这个难题我们引进了捞砂泵捞砂这项技术并制定了捞砂工艺,应用后效果显著,降低了作业成本,减少了施工风险,缩短油井的生产周期,实现作业综合效益的提高。
