为了研究向高炉中喷吹废塑料的可行性, 对几种常见废塑料与高炉喷吹用煤粉的燃烧特性进行了对比研究。结果表明: 废塑料具有良好的燃烧性能; 废塑料的开始燃烧温度和激烈燃烧温度都比煤粉低, 燃烧时间较煤粉短, 燃烧速度快, 燃烧灰烬少, 因此更有利于高炉喷吹。
In order to study the feasibility of blowing waste plastics into the blast furnace, the combustion characteristics of several common waste plastics and pulverized coal injection blast furnace were studied. The results show that the waste plastics have good combustion performance. The incineration temperature and the fierce burning temperature of the waste plastics are lower than the pulverized coal, the combustion time is shorter than the pulverized coal, the burning speed is quick, and the burning ash is less.
