目的探讨磷酸化AKT(p-AKT)与核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测52例NSCLC组织和18例正常肺组织中p-AKT和NF-κB的表达。结果 p-AKT和NF-κB在NSCLC组织中的表达阳性率分别为53·8%和67·3%,均高于正常肺组织的0·0和16·7%(P<0·05)。p-AKT的表达与患者年龄、性别、吸烟、组织学类型、肿瘤组织分化程度及有无淋巴结转移、临床分期无关(P>0·05)。NF-κB的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P<0·05)。p-AKT的表达与NF-κB表达呈正相关。结论 NSCLC组织中p-AKT、NF-κB高表达。p-AKT/NF-κB信号传导通路参与了NSCLC的发生发展,并与肿瘤转移和侵袭相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of phosphorylated AKT (p-AKT) and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) Methods The expressions of p-AKT and NF-κB in 52 NSCLC tissues and 18 normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of p-AKT and NF-κB in NSCLC tissues were 53.8% and 67.3%, respectively, which were higher than those in normal lung tissues (0 · 0 and 16 · 7%, P <0.05) . The expression of p-AKT was not associated with age, gender, smoking, histological type, tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P> 0.05). The expression of NF-κB was correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P <0.05). The expression of p-AKT was positively correlated with the expression of NF-κB. Conclusion The expression of p-AKT and NF-κB in NSCLC tissues is high. The p-AKT / NF-κB signaling pathway is involved in the development of NSCLC and is associated with tumor metastasis and invasion.
