目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠对支气管哮喘患儿常规治疗效果的影响。方法:选取杭州市大江东医院2018年1月至2019年10月收治的支气管哮喘患儿96例,按随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用糖皮质激素、抗感染、祛痰等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后炎性因子、肺功能指标以及临床症状恢复时间。结果:观察组咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音消失时间分别为(3.84±1.87)d、(2.68±0.75)d、(4.35±1.05)d,均短于对照组的(5.78±2.01)d、(3.97±1.01)d、(7.16±1.34)d,差异均有统计学意义(n t=4.740、6.879、11.073,均n P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞介素8、肿瘤坏死因子ɑ、白细胞介素6表达均低于对照组(均n P<0.05),治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰流速、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(n t=5.531、4.155、8.090,均n P<0.05)。n 结论:孟鲁司特钠能够改善支气管哮喘患儿肺功能,降低血清炎性反应。“,”Objective:To explore the effect of montelukast sodium on the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019, 96 children with bronchial asthma treated in Hangzhou Dajiangdong Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random double blind method, with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoids and anti-infection, conventional treatment such as phlegm and expectoration, and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of conventional treatment.The inflammatory factors, pulmonary function indicators and clinical symptoms recovery time were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The cough, wheezing and lung murmur disappearing time in the observation group were (3.84±1.87)d, (2.68±0.75)d, (4.35±1.05)d, respectively, which were shorter than those in the control group[(5.78±2.01)d, (3.97±1.01)d, (7.16±1.34)d], the differences were statistically significant(n t=4.740, 6.879, 11.073, all n P<0.05). The expressions of interleukin-8, tumor necrosis factor-ɑ and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(alln P<0.05). The forced expiratory volume in the first second, peak expiratory velocity and forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(n t=5.531, 4.155, 8.090, all n P<0.05).n Conclusion:Montelukast sodium can improve lung function and reduce serum inflammatory response in children with bronchial asthma, which is of great clinical significance.
