为了深入研究开发的SBS改性沥青再生剂ZZ在复杂自然环境下抵抗热、光、水耦合老化的能力,选取了RA-2、DN100、DN101广泛使用的3种沥青再生剂,对RTFOT、耦合老化前后质量损失、粘度比及结构官能团指数变化进行了对比试验研究,结果表明:再生剂RTFOT及热、光、水耦合老化前后质量变化和粘度比均具有很好的相关性,即老化后的质量变化越小,粘度比越小,再生剂的抗老化性能越好;通过对RTFOT及热、光、水耦合老化前后沥青再生剂分别进行红外光谱分析,老化后沥青再生剂的羰基指数CI、亚砜基指数SI增大,芳烃指数FI下降,含氧极性官能团的增加,导致再生剂中分子间作用力增强,粘度增大。综上分析,SBS改性沥青再生剂ZZ的抗老化能力明显优于其他3种再生剂。
In order to further study the ability of SZ modified asphalt regeneration agent ZZ to resist thermal, light and water coupling aging in complex natural environment, three kinds of asphalt regeneration agents widely used by RA-2, DN100 and DN101 were selected, The results show that there is a good correlation between RTFOT of regenerant and the change of mass and viscosity before and after the coupling aging of heat, light and water, namely, the ratio of mass loss, viscosity ratio and the change of structural functional index before and after aging. The smaller the change of mass and the smaller the viscosity ratio, the better the anti-aging performance of the regenerant; the infrared spectrum analysis of the asphalt regenerant before and after the coupling of RTFOT, heat, light and water, the carbonyl index CI of the asphalt regenerant after aging, Sulfoxide index increased SI, aromatic index FI decreased oxygen-containing polar functional groups, resulting in the regenerative agent intermolecular force increased viscosity. In summary, SBS modified asphalt regenerant ZZ anti-aging ability was significantly better than the other three kinds of regenerant.
