目的:了解我院急救药品的使用情况,为提高我院急救药品种的合理采购及急救药品管理水平提供参考。方法:对2009年1月～2010年6月我院急救药的品种、销售金额和出库数量进行统计、分析。结果:用药频度最高的前3位药属于止血类药。心血管系统类药用药频度较高。销售金额前3位的种类分别是抗凝药、血浆及代用品、止血药。结论:止血类药品及心血管类药品在我院急救药品中占主导地位,应该根据临床使用情况合理采购。
Objective: To understand the use of emergency medicine in our hospital, to provide reference for rational procurement of emergency medicine and emergency medicine management in our hospital. Methods: From January 2009 to June 2010, the variety, sales amount and delivery quantity of emergency medicine in our hospital were calculated and analyzed. Results: The first three drugs with the highest frequency belong to hemostatic drugs. Cardiovascular drugs are more frequently used. Sales amount of the top three categories are anticoagulants, plasma and substitutes, hemostatic drugs. Conclusion: Hemostatic drugs and cardiovascular drugs dominate emergency medicine in our hospital and should be reasonably procured according to the clinical use.
