In order to investigate the etiology of recurrent urinary tract infection in elderly women and the effect of estrogen replacement therapy, 40 elderly women with recurrent urinary tract infection were given estrogen replacement therapy after vaginal health score <15. Results Vaginal health score increased, urinary tract infection symptoms improved significantly. That estrogen replacement therapy in elderly women urinary tract infection is effective and safe
