为研究混凝土泵车臂架结构的屈曲及破坏过程,设计泵车臂架的台架试验,对某型泵车臂架进行屈曲破坏试验,跟踪结构的变形情况,获得了臂架失稳与破坏时的临界载荷。试验获取了结构的材料特性,结合非线性数值计算方法,对泵车臂架屈曲过程进行了预估。结果表明,泵车臂架结构受压侧的板件易发生局部屈曲失稳,结构屈曲后具有较强的后屈曲承载能力。同时,所应用的研究思路与试验结果,验证了几何大变形计算,预估臂架屈曲及类似结构的有效性。
In order to study the buckling and failure process of the boom structure of concrete pump truck, the bench test of the pump boom is designed, the buckling failure test of a pump truck boom is carried out, the deformation of the structure is tracked, and the instability and damage of the boom are obtained When the critical load. The material properties of the structure were obtained by experiments. The buckling of the pump arm boom was predicted by nonlinear numerical calculation. The results show that the buckled plate is prone to local buckling and instability, and the buckling structure possesses strong post-buckling bearing capacity. At the same time, the applied research ideas and test results verify the validity of large geometric deformation calculation, estimated boom bending and similar structures.
