自大学英语教学改革以来,大学英语教学在新的环境和教学理念的指导下取得了显著的进步,学生学习英语的兴趣增加了,语言的综合运用能力得到了发展,四六级考试的通过率明显提高,教师在教学模式与理念上有所转换和改进,但是改革尚未有意识地将教学内容与学生今后的专业语言学习联系起来,没有为学生步入双语学习做好衔接和铺垫工作。面对大学英语教学的现状,改革将何去何从?大学英语教师该如何面临新的挑战?基于这样的现实背景,本文为学术英语共享资源库开发建设提供一些参考建议。
Since the reform of college English teaching, college English teaching has made significant progress under the guidance of new environment and teaching philosophy. Students’ interest in learning English has increased, and the comprehensive utilization of language has been developed. However, the reform has not yet consciously linked the teaching content with the students’ professional language learning in the future, and did not make the connection and paving the way for students to enter bilingual education. In the face of the status quo of college English teaching, where will the reform go from? How should college English teachers face new challenges? Based on this background, this article provides some suggestions for the development and construction of the academic English shared library.
