为了合理设计机床主轴的结构,分析研究机床主轴的结构参数对其动态持性的影响,是非常重要的问题。其中机床主轴跨距变化,对其静态刚度的影响,早在五十年代中,西德机床设计工作者R.Piekenbrink利用材料力学理论,进行了分析计算。随着机床动态特性的研究和有限元、电子计算机的应用,大型结构的动态分析程序,已经应用到实际问题中。
In order to reasonably design the structure of the spindle of the machine tool, it is very important to analyze and study the influence of the structural parameters of the spindle of the machine tool on the dynamic maintainability. In the mid-1950s, R. Piekenbrink, a West German machine designer, made use of the theory of material mechanics to analyze and calculate the influence of the change of the span of the machine tool spindle on the static stiffness. With the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool and the finite element, the application of electronic computers, large-scale dynamic analysis program, has been applied to practical problems.
