思想是行动的先导,做好“两提、两促、两保”,即“提高员工的思想认识和整体素质,促进当前各项工作和企业变革,保证上级政策指令的贯彻执行和职工队伍不出问题”,是企业发展进程中必须解决好的根本问题,也是思想政治工作者的主要任务,和推进企业和谐发展的应有之义。笔者结合工作实践,认为,要切实把职工思想教育提高到一个新水平,从而推动企业和谐开展,应当着重于“强化制度建设、员工全面发展”两个主题,完善“三个机制”,做好“三个结合”,抓好“三项教育”。 Ideology is the forerunner of action, and doing a good job of “two mentionings, two promotions and two guarantees”, that is, “to improve staff’s ideological understanding and overall quality, to promote the current work and enterprise reform, and ensure the implementation of higher-level policy directives and the workforce Problem ”is the fundamental problem that must be solved in the process of enterprise development.
