阐述了用亚甲蓝法测定天然气中硫化氢含量的分析方法,构建硫化氢含量分析数学模型,研究提出影响硫化氢分析结果的不确定度来源,对测量不确定度各个分量进行评定,结果表明测量重复性和从校准曲线计算硫化氢含量引入的标准不确定度是决定测量不确定度值大小的关键,取包含因子k=2,置信概率为95%,则测量结果的相对扩展不确定度为U_r=6%。
The analytical method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide content in natural gas by methylene blue method is described. The mathematical model for the analysis of hydrogen sulfide content is established. The sources of uncertainty affecting the hydrogen sulfide analysis result are proposed. The components of measurement uncertainty are evaluated. Measuring repeatability and calculating the standard uncertainty of hydrogen sulphide content from the calibration curve is the key to determining the magnitude of the uncertainty. Taking the inclusion factor k = 2 and the confidence probability of 95%, the relative expanded uncertainty of the measurement U_r = 6%.
