进入市场经济后,人们对平均主义的“大锅饭”已经深恶痛绝,绝大多数企业都在力图彻底打破“大锅饭”,越来越普遍地根据绩效考核结果和突出贡献来决定员工的工资及奖金。他们不遗余力地强调将员工的薪酬与员工本人的绩效挂钩,有的甚至强调要月月对员工进行考核,工资必须月月浮动。
After entering the market economy, people have hated the “big pot” of egalitarianism. Most of the companies are trying their best to completely break the “big pot” and increasingly determine their salaries and bonuses based on the performance evaluation results and outstanding contributions. They spared no effort to emphasize that their remuneration should be linked to the performance of their employees. Some even emphasized that employees should be assessed on a monthly basis. The monthly wage must fluctuate.
