实验方法从海拔4 200m以上地区捕获成年高原野兔和喜玛拉雅旱獭(MarmotaHimalayana)各两只,其身长、体重见表1。在3 658m的拉萨人工饲养三月后于1987年6月用硫喷妥钠基础麻醉和局麻下行右颈外静脉近心端插入热敏电阻Swan-Ganz导管,监测肺循环压力和每分心输出量后处死,按Fulton、Hutchinson、Jones氏法(1952)解剖心脏,称左室加室间隔、右室和全肺之重量,测左右心室壁厚度。肺脏用10%福尔马林液灌注固定72h,以Elastic Van Gieson法染色作组织学观察。
Experimental methods Two adult Hare Hares and two Himalayan Marmota (Himalayan) catches were captured from an area above 4 200m above sea level.
