本文介绍一种新的免疫抑制剂—环孢霉素A(C_8A),它能选择性地抑制辅助性T细胞(Th)和细胞毒性T细胞(CTL),而促进抑制性T细胞(Ts)。其抑制Th、CTL细胞的机理,是通过作用于细胞内的钙结合蛋白、CP结合蛋白和选择性阻断淋巴因子mRNA的转录,它也可直接或间接地抑制B细胞、免疫性辅助细胞和NK细胞的活性。本文中对应用CsA治疗免疫介导的眼部疾病(单纯疱疹性角膜炎、春季角结膜炎、角膜溶解综合征、Mooren角膜溃疡,Graves眼病)和眼内炎症(葡萄膜炎、鸟枪弹样视网膜脉络膜病变、Behfet眼病),以及CsA在角膜移植等方面的应用及其副作用等问题,进行了探讨。
This article describes a new immunosuppressant, cyclosporin A (C_8A), that selectively suppresses helper T cells and cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) and promotes suppression of T cells (Ts) . Its mechanism of inhibiting Th and CTL cells is that they can directly or indirectly inhibit B cells, immune helper cells and immune cells by acting on the intracellular calcium-binding protein, CP-binding protein and selectively blocking the transcription of lymphokine mRNA NK cell activity. In this paper, CsA treatment of immune-mediated eye diseases (herpes simplex keratitis, vernal keratoconjunctivitis, corneal lysis syndrome, Mooren corneal ulcer, Graves ophthalmopathy) and intraocular inflammation (uveitis, shotgun-like retina Choroidopathy, Behfet’s eye disease), as well as the application of CsA in corneal transplantation and its side effects and other issues were discussed.
