编前语:勤俭节约是中华民族的传统美德,但是伴随经济的快速发展,物质的极大丰富,消费主义的观念日益泛滥,如吃饭讲究排场,“吃播大胃王”盛行,各种餐饮浪费现象触目惊心。据统计,我国每年浪费的粮食约3500万吨,接近总产量的6%。制止餐饮浪费一时成为热点话题。
