为了更精确地控制沥青混凝土路面的施工,选用层次分析法筛选施工过程的主要控制指标,并对选取的指标进行相关性分析。结果表明:压实度、空隙率、面层厚度是影响施工质量的控制指标,并且是导致路面产生早期病害的主要因素,其权重分别为0.437 8、0.261 4、0.181 8;相关性分析表明压实度与空隙率、面层厚度均具有明显的相关性,相关系数分别为0.999 8、0.984 7。根据易于测量的原则,最终选取压实度作为沥青混凝土路面施工的控制指标,用于施工过程的可靠度计算。
In order to control the construction of asphalt concrete pavement more accurately, AHP was selected to screen the main control indexes of construction process, and the correlation analysis of the selected indexes was made. The results showed that: the compaction degree, the porosity and the thickness of the surface layer are the control indexes that affect the construction quality, and are the main factors leading to the early road disease. The weights are 0.437 8,0.261 4,0.181 8 respectively. The real degree and the porosity, the thickness of the surface have significant correlation, correlation coefficients were 0.999 8,0.984 7. According to the principle of easy measurement, the compaction degree is finally selected as the control index of asphalt concrete pavement construction and used in the reliability calculation of construction process.
