目的对海南狗牙花Ervatamia hainanensis的生物碱化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI以及半制备HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和现代波谱学技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从海南狗牙花甲醇提取物中分离得到12个生物碱,分别鉴定为冠狗牙花碱(1)、19-表海尼山辣椒碱(2)、9,10-二甲氧基冠狗牙花碱(3)、老刺木碱(4)、老刺木碱-4-氮氧化物(5)、3-oxo-19-epi-heyneanine(6)、劲直胺(7)、deacetylakuammiline(8)、pandine(9)、rhazicine(10)、rhazicine N(4)-oxide(11)、rhazimine(12)。结论化合物8、10~12为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3、5~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of alkaloids in Ervatamia hainanensis from Hainan. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopy. Results Twelve alkaloids were isolated from the methanol extract of Bupleurum chinense L., which were identified as crown dog tooth alkaloid (1), 19-epineanine capsaicin (2), 9,10-dimethoxy crown Budesonide (5), 3-oxo-19-epi-heyneanine (6) deacetylakuammiline (8), pandine (9), rhazicine (10), rhazicine N (4) -oxide (11), rhazimine (12). Conclusion Compounds 8 and 10 ~ 12 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3 and 5 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
