本文采用流式细胞光度术分析了157例石蜡包埋的卵巢肿瘤的细胞核 DNA 含量及 S 期细胞比数(SPF),并将结果与肿瘤的临床病理学特性作了比较。1970~1982年在 Tampere 大学中心医院诊治的157例卵巢癌,按 WHO 卵巢肿瘤组织学类型分类,粘液性癌59例,浆液性癌26例,透明细胞癌13例,子宫内膜样癌18例,未分化癌28例,恶性非上皮性肿瘤13例。按 FIGO 临床分期,Ⅰ期64例,Ⅱ期20例,Ⅲ期47例,Ⅳ期26例。所有肿瘤根据腺样或乳头祥结构及实性区域的多少分成三个组织学级别。根据细胞核的异型性也分成三个级别。每例肿瘤的平均核分裂数至少计算20个不同高倍视野。使用相同的组织作 DNA 流式细胞光度术分析和形态学的检查。从石蜡包埋的卵巢癌组织上切一40μm 厚的切
In this paper, the nuclear DNA content and S phase cell fraction (SPF) of 157 paraffin-embedded ovarian tumors were analyzed by flow cytometry. The results were compared with the clinicopathological features of the tumors. 157 cases of ovarian cancer diagnosed and treated in the Central Hospital of Tampere University from 1970 to 1982 were classified according to WHO histological type of ovarian tumor, including 59 cases of mucinous carcinoma, 26 cases of serous carcinoma, 13 cases of clear cell carcinoma and 18 cases of endometrioid carcinoma 28 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma and 13 cases of malignant non-epithelial tumor. According to FIGO clinical stage, stage Ⅰ 64 cases, stage Ⅱ 20 cases, stage Ⅲ 47 cases, stage Ⅳ 26 cases. All tumors were classified into three histological grades based on the size of the adenoid or papillary structures and the solid regions. According to the nuclear atypia is also divided into three levels. The average number of mitoses per tumor is calculated at least 20 different high power fields.
