目的为了解佛山市免疫规划人力资源配置现况,分析可能存在不足,为进一步优化全市免疫规划人力资源配置提供依据。方法对佛山市的区、镇、村三级疾病预防控制机构进行问卷调查,调查结果结合有关报表资料进行统计分析。结果全市区、镇、村三级共有免疫规划工作人员411人,与常住人口总数之比为0.87/万,与7岁以下在册儿童数之比为1.01‰。镇、村级人员学历、专职比例明显低于区级(P<0.05),二类地区人员40岁以下比例、本科及以上学历、专业人员比例均低于一类地区(P<0.05)。结论佛山市免疫规划人力资源配置总体较为合理,但同时也存在人员总体偏少、工作人员稳定性较低、人员配置机构间、地区间差异较大等问题,有待进一步优化提升。
Objective To understand the status quo of the allocation of human resources in immunization programs in Foshan and to analyze possible deficiencies in order to provide evidence for further optimizing the allocation of human resources in the city’s immunization programs. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on three levels of disease prevention and control institutions in districts, towns and villages of Foshan City. The results of the survey were combined with the relevant statements to conduct statistical analysis. Results A total of 411 immunization program workers at the district, township and village levels were found, with a ratio of 0.87 / 10,000 to the total number of permanent residents and a ratio of 1.01 ‰ to the number of children under 7 years of age. The level of education and full-time staff in township and village level was significantly lower than that in district level (P <0.05). The percentage of staff in the second category was less than 40 years old, and the education level and professional staff with bachelor’s degree or above were lower than those in the first district (P <0.05). Conclusion The overall allocation of human resources in the immunization program in Foshan is reasonable. However, there are still some problems such as less overall staff, lower staff stability, larger staffing agencies and different regions, which needs to be further optimized and improved.
