选用位于甘蓝9个连锁群的91对SSR引物,对8个结球甘蓝品种和7个大白菜品种进行PCR扩增,筛选出25对结球甘蓝相对大白菜的特异SSR引物,涉及甘蓝的9个连锁群,其中位于O1连锁群3对,O2连锁群4对,O3连锁群2对,O4连锁群3对,O5连锁群2对,O6连锁群2对,O7连锁群4对,O8连锁群2对,O9连锁群3对。为利用SSR标记鉴定大白菜—结球甘蓝异附加系中附加的结球甘蓝染色体奠定了基础。
A total of 91 pairs of SSR primers in 9 linkage groups of Brassica oleracea were selected for PCR amplification of 8 cabbage varieties and 7 Chinese cabbage varieties. 25 SSR primers specific for cabbage relative to Chinese cabbage were screened for 9 Three linkage groups, of which are O1 linkage group, O4 linkage group, O3 linkage group, O3 linkage group, O4 linkage group, O8 linkage group, two pairs of O6 linkage group, O7 linkage group of four pairs, O8 linkage group 2 pairs, O9 linkage group 3 pairs. This study laid the foundation for the identification of additional cabbage chromosomes in Chinese cabbage-cabbage alien addition lines by using SSR markers.
