国有企业改制就是要国企从计划经济模式走向市场经济模式,改变传统计划经济管理体制和运行机制,建立市场经济下的新体制、新机制。但是由于长期计划经济的固有观念的影响,我国大多国企改制后仍然死抱传统的管理观念,不利于企业在市场经济环境下的竞争,所以在国有企业改制后建立创新的工商管理发展观念至关重要。本文分析了我国国有企业改制后的现状,和我国国有企业改制后工商管理观念的创新发展。
State-owned enterprise restructuring is to state-owned enterprises from the planned economy model to the market economy model, change the traditional planned economic management system and operating mechanism, the establishment of a new system of market economy, a new mechanism. However, due to the inherent concept of long-term planned economy, most state-owned enterprises in China still cling to their traditional management concepts after restructuring, which is not conducive to the competition of enterprises in the market economy. Therefore, it is crucial to establish an innovative concept of business management after the reform of state-owned enterprises important. This article analyzes the status quo of the state-owned enterprises after their restructuring and the innovative development of the concept of business administration after the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country.
