目的观察苯甲酸雌二醇(EB)对氢溴酸东莨菪碱(scop)引起小鼠学习记忆获得障碍的保护作用。方法36只小鼠随机分为4组scop诱导的学习和记忆损伤组(模型组),EB高、中、低剂量组,每组9只。模型组,连续7d每日腹腔注射花生油溶剂0.2ml/只,EB高、中、低剂量组连续7d每日分别腹腔注射EB0.3mg·kg-1,0.1mg·kg-1,0.03mg·kg-1,30min后用水迷宫法测定其游出时间。d7模型组注射花生油20min后,EB各组腹腔注射EB20min后腹腔注射scop3mg·kg-1,10min后测定游出时间。结果scop致损后EB高、中、低剂量组的游出时间明显较模型组短,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论EB对scop致学习记忆损伤有显著的改善作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of estradiol benzoate (EB) on the impairment of learning and memory of mice induced by scopole hydrobromide. Methods Thirty-six mice were randomly divided into four groups: scop-induced learning and memory impairment (model group), EB high, middle and low dose groups, with 9 rats in each group. Model group, daily intraperitoneal injection of peanut oil 0.2ml / day for 7 days. EB high, middle and low dose groups were given intraperitoneal injection of EB 0.3 mg · kg -1, 0.1 mg · kg -1, 0.03 mg · kg -1 -1,30min after the water maze method to determine the travel time. After injection of peanut oil for 20 min in d7 model group, EBs were intraperitoneally injected with EB for 20 min followed by scop 3 mg · kg-1 injection for 10 min. Results After scop-induced injury, the time to swim in EB high, medium and low dose groups was significantly shorter than that in model group (P <0.05). Conclusion EB can significantly improve learning and memory impairment caused by scop.
