菜油,米糠油是安徽省的主要油脂资源。目前,全省菜籽年产量已达20亿斤,油总罐装量已近四十亿斤。如此丰富的菜油资源却因其营养价值低、稳定性能差以及芥酸含量过高等原因,致使其使用量和出口量受到限制。而营养丰富的米糠油却又因其风味差,酸价高,油脂提取率低,经济效益不明显而得不到应有的重视。全省八元吨米糠油资源除部分作为肥皂原料外,基本上没得到合理使用,从而造成了巨大的资源浪费。鉴于上述原因,利用菜油和米糠油为原料试生产低芥酸营养食油,已成为发展安徽省油脂工业的一项十分紧迫的任务。
Vegetable oil, rice bran oil is the main oil resources in Anhui Province. At present, the annual output of rapeseed in the province has reached 2 billion jin and the total oil canning capacity has reached nearly 4 billion jin. Such a rich vegetable oil resources because of its low nutritional value, poor stability and erucic acid content and other reasons, resulting in its use and export volume restrictions. The nutrient-rich rice bran but because of its poor flavor, high acid value, low fat extraction rate, economic benefits are not obvious and should not be given due attention. The province’s eight tons of rice bran oil resources in addition to part of the soap as raw materials, basically not been properly used, resulting in a huge waste of resources. In view of the above reasons, the pilot production of low-erucic acid edible cooking oil from vegetable oil and rice bran oil has become a very urgent task for the development of the oil industry in Anhui Province.
