As a professional clothing show (now renamed the clothing display and etiquette professional) leaders often have the feeling of ice age. On the one hand, first-line models in the provincial and municipal vocational skills competitions repeatedly awards, frequently in various types of model competitions, ugly duckling overnight into a white swan. It is gratifying that they both opened up a vast employment world for themselves and won unlimited honors for schools. On the other hand, the vast majority of students can only use green leaf as a foil, they must face the generalization of their jobs and future employment issues. As we all know, fashion show professional is a cruel professional, it has almost harsh requirements for the student’s height, weight, measurements, shape, face, etc., even with these basic conditions, it depends on the students’ expressiveness, coordination, Performing ability, verbal ability and so on. How to achieve education fairness, to solve most of the graduates to go to the problem, broaden their employment space is the author often think about the issue.
