目的 探知脊髓后根内传出纤维的存在和分布。方法 13只兔分两组,A组8只用HRP(辣根过氧化物酶)示踪法,在左侧L4,5脊髓节段的后根内注入HRP水溶液前切断前根;B组5只用神经纤维溃变银染法,在脊髓软膜内切断左侧L4,5后根,光镜下观察。结果L4,5脊髓节段左侧前角Ⅷ层,侧角内侧Ⅶ层和后角的Ⅵ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ层内有HRP标记细胞出现,在后根和后根节内以及子宫等器官内有明显溃变纤维存在。结论 脊髓后根内有传出纤维并可能分布到生殖等器官内。
Objective To detect the presence and distribution of fibers in the posterior root of the spinal cord. Methods Thirteen rabbits were divided into two groups. A group of 8 rabbits were killed with HRP (horseradish peroxidase) tracer before the HRP aqueous solution was injected into the dorsal root of L4,5 spinal cord segments. Group B Only the nerve fibers were stained with silver staining, and the left root of L4,5 was cut off in the spinal cord membrane and observed under light microscope. Results There were HRP-labeled cells in Ⅵ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ of Ⅷ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ in the left anterior horn of Ⅷ and spinal cord in L4, 5 and in the posterior and posterior rhizotomy and uterus Significantly degenerative fibers exist. Conclusion There are fibers in the posterior root of the spinal cord and may be distributed to reproductive organs.
