目的:分析贵州省两起亚希褶黑菇食物中毒事件的调查结果,为做好贵州省野生蘑菇中毒防控提供借鉴。方法:收集、分析贵州省2013年发生的两起毒蕈中毒事件的现场流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查、毒蕈样本形态学鉴定和临床救治资料。结果:经流行病学调查、野生蘑菇形态学鉴定,及临床特征分析、判断,两起事件均为自采误食亚希褶黑菇所致毒蕈中毒事件。结论:自采误食有毒野生蘑菇是毒蕈类食物中毒事件的主要原因。防控毒蕈类食物中毒的主要措施是对高危人群进行健康教育宣传,提高其食品安全意识。
Objective: To analyze the survey results of food poisoning of two Asian wild mushrooms in Guizhou Province, and provide references for the prevention and control of wild mushroom poisoning in Guizhou Province. Methods: Field epidemiological investigation, on-site hygiene investigation, mushroom morphology identification and clinical treatment data of two poisoning mushroom poisoning incidents occurred in Guizhou Province in 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results: Epidemiological investigation, morphological identification of wild mushrooms, and clinical characteristics analysis and judgment showed that both cases were poisonous mushroom poisoning caused by self-harvesting A. argus. Conclusion: It is the main reason of mushroom poisoning that the self-collected poisonous wild mushrooms are poisoned. The main measure to prevent and control poisonous mushroom poisoning is to educate the high-risk groups for health education and raise their food safety awareness.
