人们已经发现大约有二十多种金属一百多种合金具有微细晶粒超塑性,大约近十种金属、十几种合金具有相变超塑性。然而超塑合金的商品化进展缓慢,目前得到应用的仅仅是为数不多的微晶粒超塑性材料。本文仅对国内外主要实用超塑材料的发展及其应用作一介绍。锌合金含22%铝的锌基合金ZnAl22是二元共析合金,是超塑性研究的基本合金,其商品化最初出现在英国,以后在美国、日本等相继出现。目前我国有些工厂也已成批生产。
It has been found that there are about twenty kinds of metals more than one hundred kinds of alloys with fine grain superplasticity, about ten kinds of metal, a dozen kinds of alloys with phase change superplasticity. However, the commercialization of superplastic alloys has been slow, and only a few of the micro-grained superplastic materials are currently being applied. This article only introduces the development and application of the main practical superplastic material at home and abroad. Zinc alloy Zinc alloy containing 22% aluminum ZnAl22 is a binary eutectoid alloy, which is the basic alloy for superplasticity research. Commercialization first appeared in the UK and later in the United States and Japan. At present, some factories in our country have also been mass-produced.
