目的正交试验结合药效学实验优选黄芪葛根汤抗乙醇诱导胃黏膜损伤最佳水煎工艺。方法小鼠灌胃给药4 d后,无水乙醇灌胃制备小鼠急性胃黏膜损伤模型,以胃黏膜损伤分数作为评价黄芪葛根汤保护胃黏膜的药效学指标。对黄芪葛根汤水煎液的煎煮时间、煎煮次数、加水量3个因素进行正交试验设计,以葛根素的含量作为评价指标,优选最佳水煎工艺。结果黄芪葛根汤抗胃黏膜损伤的最佳提取水煎工艺为煎煮30 min,煎煮3次,加10倍水。结论:正交试验优选的黄芪葛根汤水煎工艺简便可行,可充分提取汤剂中葛根素,并起到保护胃黏膜的作用。
Objective Orthogonal test combined with pharmacodynamics experiments optimize astragalus root soup anti-ethanol-induced gastric mucosal injury best decoction process. Methods The gastric mucosa injury model was established by intragastric administration of ethanol for 4 days. The gastric mucosal injury score was used as a pharmacodynamic indicator to evaluate the protective effect of Astragalus Pueraria Decoction on gastric mucosa. Orthogonal design of the factors of decocting time, decocting times and adding water of Astragalus Pueraria decoction decoction was conducted. Taking the content of puerarin as evaluation index, the optimal decoction process was optimized. Results Astragalus Pueraria Decoction against gastric mucosal injury best extraction decoction boiling process for 30 min, boiling 3 times, plus 10 times the water. Conclusion: Orthogonal test of the decoction of Radix Puerariae Decoction is simple and feasible, can fully extract decoction of decoction, and play a protective role of gastric mucosa.
