随着“十三五”的经济的发展,小城镇迅速崛起,其发展在推动我国城市化进程中起到了重要的作用,尤其是在新农村背景下,小城镇的设计规划工作呈现出必要性和紧迫性,但是目前,小城镇在规划设计中还存在一些问题,不能适应新农村的发展。文章从这些问题入手,论述小城镇规划设计的原则、意义以及在新农村背景下的发展方向。 With the economic development of “13th Five-Year Plan”, the rapid development of small towns and their development have played an important role in the process of urbanization in our country.
